AIDS Ministry - The Apostles of Jesus AIDS Ministry (AJAM) is an initiative of the Apostles of Jesus Missionaries to mobilize and bring together the clergy, religious and a team of lay experts from all religious denominations to provide a pastorally oriented community-based response to the ever expanding HIV/AIDS crisis in the Ngong Hills area in Kenya, the area most hit and devastated. Prompted and motivated by our faith we collaborate with the local communities within the Ngong Hills area forming this AIDS Service Organization (ASO), to address the spiritual challenges of the pandemic to people of all creeds and walks of life within the area without excluding others.

The AJAM mission is the direct services to the community, which includes prevention and awareness creation; counseling, community capacity building, compassionate care, advocacy and support as well as medical, and through sharing researched information with others.
